  • Data Sharing: States whether and with whom the data is shared, including third-party service providers or partners. The privacy policy's sharing section D must explicitly state: "Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent,  and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes."

  • Data Protection: Describes the security measures and protocols in place to safeguard the collected data. 

  • User Rights: Informs users about their rights regarding their personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete their data. 

  • Contact Information: Provides contact details for users to reach out with questions or concerns about the policy. 

  • Legal Basis: Mentions the lawful basis for collecting data, referencing relevant privacy laws (like GDPR or CCPA). 

  • Data Retention: Specifies how long the data is stored and when it will be deleted or anonymized. 

  • Data Collection: Explains the types of personal data collected (e.g., email addresses, location data, payment information) and how it's gathered (e.g., through forms, cookies). 

For the Privacy Policy, it is important to ensure that your privacy policies clearly state that SMS Mobile opt-in or consent for the purpose of SMS Will NOT be shared. With any affiliate or marketing for SMS purposes.

    Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/billing, etc.].
    Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."

    Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:     
    Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
     
    Opt-In Method:
    You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Entera Healthcare in the following ways by submitting an online form or Verbally, during a conversation.
     
    Opt-Out Method:
    You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
